Day 1(H)
Perth - Horrocks
Explore the mysterious Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park and the massive sand dunes of Jurien Bay. Take the opportunity to sand board down the slopes before continuing on through Geraldton to Horrocks, where we stop overnight. (L,D)

Day 2 (H)
Horrocks – Shark bay
Head to Kalbarri National Park to explore Murchison Gorge, Nature's Window and Z-Bend Gorge (an optional abseil available at own expense). Visit beautiful Shell Beach and Denham before reaching Shark Bay to stay overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 3 (SS)
Shark bay – Coral Bay
After a short drive across the Peron Peninsula we make our way down to the beach and the world famous Monkey Mia dolphins – its a unique experience and there are some fantastic photo opportunities. Almost as famous as the dolphins are Monkey Miaís pelicans. Check them out during the dolphin feeding. Soon it is time to leave and head towards Carnarvon, however before we leave the Shark Bay area we stop at the fascinating stromatolites at Hamelin Pool. A take a well earned break at Carnarvon before we finish the day by driving the highway Coral Bay, the Jewel of the North. (B,L,D)

Day 4 (H)
Coral Bay – Exmouth
Today is yours to explore Coral Bay and the wonders of the Ningaloo Reef and its fantastic marine life. You can go snorkeling, cruise on the glass bottom boat, take a quad bike tour or even a joy flight over the reef (all optional extra's). Today is a day to relax.

Late afternoon and its time for the short drive into Emouth. (B,L,D)
Day 5 (H)
A full day to explore Exmouth. After breakfast itís time to jump on the bus and head out to Yardie Creek in the Cape Range National Park. Then we start our slow return Exmouth. Have a swim or sunbathe at beautiful Turquoise Bay nad discover this northern part of Ningaloo Reef. Enjoy spectacular views from historic Vlahming Head Lighthouse, stroll along pristine beaches. We return to our hostel late afternoon. (B, L)

Day 6 (BC)
Exmouth - Karijini.
We head inland today towards the oasis that is Karijini. We will take on extra provisions in the iron ore mining town of Tom Price this afternoon before setting up our camp overlooking the magnificent Hamersley Ranges in time for a spectacular sunset. (B, L, D)

Day 7 and Day 8(C )
You will see why we have allowed the next two days to explore and bask in the magnificence of this National Park area and itís Gorges. The Hamersly Ranges were formed over 2,500 million years ago and are some of the most unusual landforms on earth. From cascading waterfalls found deep in the gorges to fresh still pools ideal for swimming, we experience it all. Some of the gorges are so narrow that you can touch both sides at once. (B.L.D.)

Day 9 (BC)
Karijini National Park to Pilbara Region
Stop in Port Hedland for a quick town tour and learn all about the local iron ore industry. After lunch we continue on to the Pilbara region for an overnight stay at an outback station. (B.L.D.)

Day 10
Pilbara to Broome
On the way into Broome enjoy a leisurely stroll on the white sand of 80 Mile Beach. Overnight in Broome. (B.L.)

Day 11
Enjoy a free day to relax on beautiful Cable Beach or go exploring in town (activities and meals at own expense). Overnight in Broome.

Day 12
Broome to Pilbara Region
Track back towards the Pilbara region on your return journey toward Perth. Sleep overnight at an outback station. (L,D)

Day 13
Pilbara Region and Great Northern Highway
Stop in at Auski Roadhouse before beginning the long drive south along the Great Northern Highway. Travel through Newman, 'iron ore mecca of the north' and pass several large sheep stations (some over 1 million acres in size). Overnight at Nallan Station. (B,L,D)

Day 14
Great Northern Highway to Perth
Travel through the wheat and sheep farming districts north east of Perth. This afternoon, stop at the picturesque town of New Norcia. Arrive back in Perth early evening. (B,L)

All indicated meals are provided, and all park entry fees, parking fees and accommodation are paid for. Therefore money will be only required for optional activities and snacks bought during the journey. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance.

What kind of camping/accommodation is available?
Campsites and accommodation vary a great deal in quality and services provided. As a general rule a "bush camp" has no facilities whatsoever. Campsites will have a pit latrine and water while caravan parks will have toilets, showers and washing facilities. Some nights may also be spent in farmstays, hostels or sheep stations which have all the facilities.
